"Friendly, approachable staff have been a constant and the quality of chips has always been high. Tonight chips were perfect. Golden, fluffy and not greasy! Definitely recommended. The shop can get busy but staff are always eager to take an order and the wait is never longer than necessary. The cod is reliably good and batter crisp! Specials are always good value."

"I used to go to this shop 20 years ago when i studying at the Uni, when it was managed by a punjabi lady... the fish and chips were amazing...not sure whether she is still around.. or the management has changed..will be visiting soon to check it out"
